Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CaseGate Shopify application, website, and services operated by Yadun Know (sole proprietor, "we", "us"), Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By installing or using CaseGate, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CaseGate provides Shopify Cart & Checkout Validation Functions and a Theme App Extension block that enforce order quantity limits, cart subtotal caps/minimums, collection limits, customer-tag rules, and case-pack multiples configured by the merchant. Merchants are responsible for testing their configured rules before publishing live campaigns.

2. Pricing, Trials & Refunds

CaseGate offers a Free plan (free on Shopify development stores and up to 1 active order-limit rule on live stores) and a Pro plan billed at US$7 per month or US$59 per year via the Shopify Billing API (with a 14-day free trial) or Stripe Checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app or via the billing portal. First-time paid subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial charge by contacting support@getcasegate.com.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

CaseGate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any lost sales, pricing or inventory discrepancies, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
